Located near the Mission District in San Fransisco, Bluxome brings a touch of industrial elegance to the city. Bluxome Street Winery is one of the highest rated spots in the area. There are good reasons for this. The food is amazing, the staff is always friendly and warm, and the wine is made by them from grapes grown by others. Bluxome Street Associate Winemaker, Tyzok Wharton, is always generous and treats everyone like they are family. Bluxome also holds a facility for weddings, and from the photos we’ve seen, they’re always an event to remember.

3. Schnebly Redlands Winery & Brewery

schnebly

Few people see Miami and think wine, but that is exactly Peter and Denisse Schnebly thought when they started the southernmost winery and brewery in the US. In the fall of 2003, the Schnebly’s began experimenting with the fruits, making wine out of their garage in the evenings.  Sustainable farming became a top priority as Schnebly wines are made from only the finest fruit. Each mango, lychee, guava, passion fruit and Carambola is personally picked for fermentation. In 2011, the Schneblys founded Miami Brewing Company. The last piece of the puzzle was put in place in late 2014 with the addition of Schnebly’s RedLander Restaurant. Using local ingredients, sourced from Florida only, Schnebly’s is kick-starting the culinary movement in the Redlands and South Dade.
